Welds are smoothed and sandblasted first, then coated with zinc yellow primer, filled with alloy putty for seamless finishing, re-polished and epoxy primed. Two layers of automotive-grade topcoat are applied for superior anti-corrosion performance and vibrant finish.
Platform treads are Nordic pine double-coated with wood wax oil for safe, attractive surfaces. Rope nets adopt φ16mm six-strand steel-core nylon ropes with aluminum alloy fittings. Slides are rolled and welded from standard matte stainless steel sheets. All connectors use stainless steel anti-theft screws. Every procedure—cutting, welding, grinding to painting—is crafted with meticulous attention.
