We provide installation drawings, as well as video and photographic guides, to facilitate installation for our customers. For large-scale sites or projects with extensive workloads, we can dispatch engineers to the site to handle the installation.

Instruct playground staff on the daily operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as essential safety knowledge and management practices.

Our warranty period is 12-24 months for playground equipment, 12 months for electronics and 24 months for the other equipment.
Over the years, we have strictly controlled the quality and received almost no feedback from our customers about our quality problems.

As the indoor playground begins operations, there will be a need to replace or add equipment; we can offer our clients the best equipment combinations and pricing.

We will provide the client with a detailed equipment list and operation manuals for key equipment, enabling them to familiarize themselves with and master the operating procedures for the entire set of playground equipment.

If equipment within the indoor playground becomes unusable due to quality issues, we will provide replacement parts to ensure the playground operates normally.
