Located in Seremban, Malaysia, this 190-square-meter indoor kids’ playground, named Winter Paradise, is a one-of-a-kind family entertainment destination. The project, completed and put into operation in May 2025, is designed and built by QORDOBA for an experienced local client in the indoor amusement industry. Positioned as a premium snow-themed play space, it creates a magical "escape from the tropics" experience for local families in 35°C Malaysia.

Our client, Mr. Lin, is a seasoned operator in the indoor amusement and arcade industry with a proven track record of profitable park operations. Looking to expand his business with a second venue, he partnered with investors to build a high-quality indoor playground with strict requirements for design, equipment quality, and factory certifications. The project is built around the Snow & Ice Wonderland – "Impossible Escape" core concept. Instead of simply decorating a playground with snow-themed elements, we created a sensory contradiction: stepping into the park from 35°C tropical Malaysia, visitors enter a completely different "winter world". This unique contradiction itself becomes the park’s core brand identity – "the place where it snows in the mall" – no extra advertising slogans needed.
Color Scheme: Blue and white form the base tone for walls, floors, fences, and ball pits, with pink, purple, and yellow as accent colors for props and interactive facilities. Black and white stripes are only used at key transition points (slide tunnels) to create visual impact.
Unified Thematic Vocabulary: All elements are centered around Arctic themes – polar bears, penguins, snowmen, snowflakes, and icicles – with no mixed themes to ensure a cohesive narrative.
Iconic Wayfinding: The snowman mascot appears three times throughout the space (entrance, net cage, ball pit) to act as a natural wayfinding marker for children.
The space is designed with a clear story-like flow: entrance snowman → toddler area → pedal play equipment → net cage → ball pit climax → Snow Fall slide → exit, with a clear beginning, development, climax, and end.
Threshold Des Engineering: Low fences and transparent climbing balls ensure unobstructed visibility from the service counter to the farthest end of the park, allowing parents to monitor their children at all times.

Culturally Neutral Theme: Arctic animals and snowmen hapink helicopter, and Snow
The design maximizes mall synergy with window display effect at the entrance, one-way no-loop flow, the loudest area (ball pit) placed at the deepest end, and the quiet area (sand pit) near the corridor.
Toddler Refinement: The enclosed san: Three non-replaceable activity types (ball pit, net cage, pedal play) increase repeat purchase rates. The non-electronic tactile experience is especially attractive compared to "only watching iPad at home" during Malaysia’s rainy season.
